TR2/3/3A Interior rear wheel arch covers question.

My rear wheel arch covers from Moss cover the rear wheel arch down to the rear shelf (60 TR 3A vin 69xxx) but do not go down to the floor. This leaves the 8 1/2" long section of the wheel arch from the rear shelf down along the heel board uncovered. The rear shelf carpet covers the heel board but does not extend far enough over to cover any of the wheel arch. Am I missing something or does this section remain uncovered? All of the arch is covered. Swap sides with the covers and see if they fit better. The cut is sometimes confusing.
