Interesting mention of the Bonneville Cars

Nice find. Seems it would be a waste to take the finished cars back to Bonneville, though I'm sure they could do a better job of corrosion protection with modern products.

If it were me, I'd be looking for a dried lake bed...
 
Ahh the Oz connection, marsh resto does a lot of the 100S refurbs, and a friend owns the pub at Dumbleyung which is adjacent to the salt flat that D Campbell did his speed run on, where better to run them! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif
