You will recall that we moved this summer. One task in preparation for the move was selling my daughter's Honda CT90 motorcycles. She had bought them over a decade ago as basket cases (2 frames, 2 rims, three engines - you know the drill) and for a number of reasons never got to them. So we sold them - and they looked like this.

Sold them to a guy in Toronto and when we moved we discovered that I had one engine still and some extra parts. Of course I had lost his address so put an ad on Kijiji for him to call and after three weeks he did. Yesterday I dropped off the engine and discovered that one of the bikes is already on the road and the other is close. Admittedly he is retired and had probably a dozen bikes and the bikes he got from me now have kawasaki forks and different (working) engines but sheesh, three months. I didn't know whether to kick him or congratulate him. Actually a super nice guy who just loves tiny bikes - in fact he had a couple of big bikes which he is planning to sell.

Obviously I can't tell Mrs JP because she will berate me about the length of my projects but, here they are now:

JP - take your time and all things improve, eh?

(That sign in the background reminds me of a Charles Addams cartoon. A kid "collects" signs to decorate his room.

"Warning - Bridge Out"
"Caution - High Voltage"
"Water not fit to drink"
"Contaminated Soil"
"Radiation Danger"

etc.
