Received a PM the other day along with a message that I was almost out of space in my messages. Thought I should sort through my messages as there were some I wanted to keep. Then, by accident discovered that you can download your messages as a text file - all of them at once! I downloaded - cut and pasted into Word for formatting reasons and went through all my PM's. Admittedly about 160 pages, but much of that was addresses and air space. Even so, it took maybe 15 minutes and I have a manageable file with every thing I still need - and could then delete my entire inbox. Thanks Basil for a great program! (and site) you saved me hours.

Yes, it is a neat feature, but not one that is obvious. You can download your PMs as TXT file or as Comma-Seperated Values (CSV) (For import into Excel spreadsheet). That way y ou can keep an archive of your older PMs before you delete them to free up space.
