Interchanging bumpers&license tag mount

I am considering buying some bumpers for my Series III Alpine. Are all series Alpine bumpers interchangable? If not, what ones will interchange with mine? Is the answer the same for front and rear?

Where is the license tag supposed to mount? In pictures, it appears that the tag goes on the trunk lid, right over the handle, but I don't find any mounting holes.

The bumpers from a later car will fit on an early on, but I can't tell you if the profile is exactly the same. As for the rear plate, Rootes didn't put a fixture on the car. Attaching the plate was left up to the dealer. That's why you see some with it on the trunk, some under the rear bumper, and a variety of different mounting brackets or no bracket at all.
