MGB interchangeable parts between MGB and Midget?

I found a 1974 midget and was wondering if there are any interchangeable parts between a 1974 MGB roadster and a 1974 Midget? Specifically, are the convertible tops interchangable?
Thanks

About the only things I can think of that would swap between the two are the tail lights, headlights, a couple of the switches, and maybe a gauge or two. Trying to put a 'B' top on a Midget would be like putting a circus tent over a foxhole.
Sorry!

I have a 74 Midget. Some MGB parts are stocked by a local shop, but they do not stock Midget parts. I keep both the Midget and the MGB Victoria British catalogs on hand, then check the parts number in the MGB catalog if they look the same. Occasionally I can go buy the MGB part for the Midget. Bulbs and light covers have been the easy swtiches so far. cheers:

adam.....nope, nope, & nope

The fuel pump and trunk latch don't cross, either.
C'mon, just because they were made by the same company doesn't mean squat. Would you try to buy an Impala as a parts car for your Chevette?

HeHe. I come from the honda world where you can swap full head assemblys, trannys, pistons, cranks, exhausts, **** near anything. Thought it was worth a shot

So if anyone is interested, there is a '74 midget at a pick-n-pull in San Jose.
