I use Grundy. The price is better than Taylor, but their service is, how shall I put this, impersonal. It usually takes half a dozen calls before they actually do what they promised. But then, you get what you pay for.

I have had one claim with Hagerty and have used their towing service once. The claim was handled smoothly and they were quick to dispatch the flatbed when I was out in the North Georgia mountains on a random Saturday night!
But I agree with Keoke, no claims, no complaints!
