TR2/3/3A Installing Brake Caliper pistons into the bore?

I had a heck of a time getting the pistons back in my TR250 calipers. I think I spent the good part of a day and only got one or two in. I ordered another rebuild kit, as apparently the seals are not all created equal. The second kit still required some force and finesse, but was multiple magnitudes of degrees easier than the second, which was pretty near impossible.

For me the first set took the longest. I have now done 5 sets and it gets pretty easy. Definitely takes a lot longer to clean them than to install the new discs.
