TR2/3/3A Inner tie rod ends

Are all inner tie rod ends left handed threads? I just order a set from TRF for the left side inner and outer and both came with right hand threads. They show two different part numbers for the inners left and right side is why I ask.

The inner and outer are interchangeable, however, each side must have a LH and a RH threaded tie rod end in order to function correctly. I personally always place the LH threaded ends on the right side out position and the left side inner position. This way when I rotate the sleeve up at the front the rod becomes longer. Rotate either downward and the rod shortens. That way I do not have to think too hard when doing an alignment!?!

They have a outer in a inner box. Leaving for TRF party tomorrow. Will have to look to see if I ever kept an old used one around.

Originally the left hand thread had the zerk on top went to the top and was thinner to clear the shock tower when turning the steering wheel.

Thanks that's a big help. Going to my local distributor this morning and maybe he's got a used one to get me by.
