inlet manifold

Hi

I’ve posted this in all the forums regardless of the car, as I’m hoping someone somewhere may have tucked away in their shed or garage, an inlet manifold to couple a Weber 48ida carburettor to an A-series engine, (for a Mini) Or you know of someone who might have one. These are incredibly hard to get hold of, and when they do come up for sale, it’s with a carburettor as well. I only need the inlet manifold though.

I’ve tried all the mini shops I know, and just about every other car spares shop, and still no luck.

Thanks for taking the time to read this

Hi Don,

There's a couple of mini specialists here in Newton Abbot, Devon.

One is 'Tupman's minis' - 01626 368828.

(It was 'South West Mini Spares' before some idiots in suits decided that it sounded like a
franchise!)
They're an excellent bunch of chaps one of whom hill climmbs a real screamer.

The other one is 'Mintec Mini Spares' - 01626 351170. Again they're a good bunch and real enthusiasts.

Good luck
