64BJ8 II. Good Saturday everyone,
I now have two new drips on my floor. They are from the two small diameter copper tubes that hang from the Inlet Manifold, front and rear.
As most of you know, it's been 19 months not running. Now, the 3 times I have driven it, I end up will small drip puddles under the car.
I was advised to pull off the brake servo tube from where it attaches to the engine, and put a cap there to seal it. Run the car and see if its the Servo.
I ran the car, let it sit all day, then when I got home, yup, there were small drip puddles, the size of tennis balls, under each copper pipe. So I will assume it has nothing to do the brake servo?
The puddles appear to be brown/red color.
She drives great, but may be running a little rich and has a very short run on after shutting her off. About 3 seconds.
Why is this happening and how do I fix this.
Hopefully it's just a tune up issue?
Thanks everyone, Roger
