Have you checked with Grassroots Motorsports for back issues? They built a pretty wicked Rotary Spitfire a few years back. The called Ro-Spit. You might do a search on their website.

The Grassroots Motorsports issue that contains the article about Brian Kraus' rotary-powered Sprite has the word RAT in big yellow letters across the cover. I forget the month/year of the issue.
