inertia reel seat belts

Anybody out there have sugestions on the proper mounting postion for inertia reel seatbelts in a 2 seater 3000?
I bought a set from Moss but there are no instructions as to the best method to attach them. My car has two studs on each side of the inner wheelwells one hole each side the tunnel and one on the floor (each side) Do I mount the reel on the floor beside the seat and put the guide up on the back shelf ? I would think the shoulder belt attaches to the 2 studs,
and the buckle end to the hole at the drive shaft tunnel.
Thanks Bob

Moss has tech person who will answer email questions. Try their web site. If you find the answer, please post as I was thinking about replacing my current seat belts with the reel type.
