Hey; I just went to a Managers mtg, with the boys at 3M and there is a great site to go to for SOP,called "Skills for Success" related to body work / paint.
www.3M.com/automotive
This will get you to the main page, look down on the left side at the learning center. Great videos on how to do it all with suggested products and tools to use.
 
Oh and there is a test after each video, if any one out there is familiar with I-car classes there may soon be a point system linked to the completion / viewing of each video. For the rest 3M may hand out cookies or something (you have to get your own glass of milk) after you have completed so many tests.
