That's the other side of caring about people -- sometimes it doesn't feel all that great. We're all there with you, Doc -- and I'm sure you know that.

Jeff, thank you for sharing Shannon's words.

My goodness. What a wonderful eulogy given by an obviously very loving and thoughtful daughter.

Unbelievable, thanks for sharing.

all I can say is that the torch has been passed.

And the question is, from water filled eyes, what car supplied the grease.

My guess would be his Vette project sine that's one he recently started

Great words from a great lady. She has to be, Shannon has the same name as my beautiful daughter. Great minds must think alike, cause at about the same time, both the Durham and Barnhill families were choosing that name for their beautiful little girls....

Wow! what a speech! Totally awesome. I could barely read it as a person who only ever knew Tony from here on the forum, I can't imagine having the strength to give it. What an outstanding tribute to an outstanding Man from his equally outstanding daughter. Gotta go find some kleenex now....

Shannon, you are your father's daughter with the gentleness of your mother. Your dad's absence from our forum will be sorely missed.

So true. Wendy and I were among the fortunate folks who met your
mom and dad. Their venture to visit us in Puerto with Mickey,
Janet, Bruce and Gayle was a grand good time, I will cherish
for the rest of my life.

Your father was larger than life and that's my favorite memory
of him. Eating a hamburger that was also larger that life. Here
are my two most favorite photos of your dad. Tony is sadly
missed by many folks but he also gave many folks wonderful
memories.

fondly,
Dale and Wendy Todd; San Juan Puerto Rico.
