Based on his recent post, he may be a bit too busy clearing Loblollys right now.

But anyway, I had a basic, working-man's meal tonight.
Roast chicken breast (with lemon sauce), New Potatoes and carrots. Good, basic grub.

Dominos chicken bacon ranch pizza.

I was too busy installing brake lines to cook anything, so my wife cooked instead.

Caesar salad with lots of shrimp sauted in garlic, butter and olive oil topped off with home made pugliese bread.

BBQ ribs, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, cole slaw, iced tea followed by banana pudding.....my blood sugar's over the top; but, hmmmm hmmmmm

Date night! U.S. Pizza...1/2 Turkey salad and a thin crust supreme pizza w/ cold beer.
I really am starting to look forward to Monday nights!

I had a NAMI class to teach tonight, so for me tonight it's Moon Pie and RC Cola!

Air puddin and wind sauce Im over weight.---Keoke-

Grill'd up some chicken parts, rice 'n veggies for a side. Cold CAB and a Klondike bar for dessert.

Ah, Klondike Bars. Mmmmmm. Years ago Klondike marketed a bar that was 50% of the fat of the original bar. It was 50% of the size, too. They made them stop doing that.

I was in East Texas over the weekend and brought 5lbs of peeled Louisiana crawfish tails with me. Made the rednecks over there a rather large crawfish stew. Thought they had died and gone to heaven.

A Spaghetti MRE... I tell ya, right now even Doc's thumbs up looks tasty...

Ate enough of those after Katrina. Actually, don't taste that bad, the cookie will break your teeth however. Ever look at the fat content of one of those? Enough fat to keep you going for 3 days....or the next heart attack.

Wow, I've never been honored before. Thanks Mickey! Well, Yesterday, we had homemade 3 cheese/mushroom raviolli with homemade pork marinara sauce. Bad picture, but you get the idea... Considering I made tha pasta myself (and it my first time making it, and I didn't use enough eggs), the MRE might have been a little less tough.

And for tonight, I'll start a new thread!
