There has been an uptick in the number of members posting spam. A lot of the spam is links to dating sites, or other similar nonsense. If you see any posts linking to sex sites or dating sites, or other similar spam, please report the post. Also, it seems some of the spam is coming from accounts for members who have been here a long time with no previous issues. It is possible that hackers are brute force hacking into other people's accounts, so this is a reminder not to use easy passwords. I know it's a pain to keep long complex passwords, but the longer and more complex, the less likely it is for someone to hack you. (My passwords are at least 20 characters and mix numbers, upper case, lower case, and symbols). The bad guys have special tools that automate the process of breaking passwords.
