That’s what happens when companies rely on computers (AI?) to process orders and returns.Good grief! They are sure making it hard to do the right thing! I returned the second grinder, making it VERY clear before I returned it (and even including a note in the box) that I DID NOT NEED A REFUND! So, they got the return and what do they do:
SIGH!!
When I bought the interior for my Triumph the company in the UK made the door panels for the wrong year. When I called they said to keep them and they would send me the correct ones.
I put the wrong ones on eBay and donated the money from the sale.
