I saw this article the other day with a picture of the "Doctor". Looks like there's a pillow stuffed in the pants! I thought that was the "patient" after the surgery. I thought the whole thing was a joke.
 
I can't believe this. Whatever happened to 'let the buyer beware'? If I were considering cosmetic surgery I would first be sure that he or she was a licensed surgeon.
