TR4/4A Identification hardtop

Hi all,

I 'am curious to know, what kind of hardtop this is. This top came along with a TR 4 a, which was imported years ago from the USA. The top is in need of new rubbers and a window.

It looks to me like a Parrish Plastic Hard Top. I think the Parrish tops were also made later by a company called Smoothline.
