I'd like to kick this guy's family jewels up around his ears!

+1 on kicking this guy with the same relative force he used on the cat.

Anyone who shows cruelty to animals will usually move on to being equally cruel to humans. Hope he gets some time for this one.
 
His mother defended her son's actions by saying "He had to be high on something"..... Oh please take her away too!
 
Not a great comfort but at east he got arrested.

That's what you hear from family all the time now when one of their members either gets caught committing a crime or getting killed while committing a crime. And we wonder what's wrong with society today.
That's enough soapbox.
 
Won't watch... in just the last week or so we've begun feeding two "outdoor" cats which seem to have been abandoned. One has a collar but is so thin she appears malnourished. We're fixin' that. Can't bear to see an animal mistreated. Particularly cats.
 
"High on something" well that certainly excuses unacceptable behavior. Only eight prior arrests? Must be some kind of saint or something.
