I suspect they don't want it to turn into a p*ssing contest. Not sure what to make of “Rule #3” of this show

It's gotten out of hand, IMHO. We used to make the "Annual Pilgrimage" to Watkins Glen for the US Formula-1. A couple sleeping bags, some eats 'n beverages in a cooler and the weekend was always enjoyable (and affordable). Now, any F-1 event ticket here is the price of a three-day ho$pital $tay. Or a couple mortgage payments.Around the same time frame is the Hillsborough Concourse de Elegance.
I went years ago and it was great, but I can't afford it now.
Back in the late sixties, one of my coworkers asked me if I wanted to go to the US F1 race at Watkins Glen. It's gotten out of hand, IMHO. We've relatives in Miami, they invited us to stay with them if we wanted to attend that F-1 event. But the cost of the tickets for all three days was north of $5K! We had better seats by staying home and watching it on-line! F1-TV is ten bucks a month and FULL of some of the best viewing and information on the circus.
