There is fairly active ice racing here in Alberta... One club does autocross racing on ice, I almost went last weekend to watch (and photograph), they still have more dates before the end of winter... I saw one set of photos someone took, pretty wild stuff just to look at... Also one video from last Sunday, two hours south of Calgary...
