I wanna make lots of easy money; so I am looking for a "creative writer" to sell my stuff on Ebay. Amoral prefered. I have mostly Brit stuff, but with a careful verbal massage, I am sure most bits will fit Ferrari's.

Hello BoR,
not verbal massage, persuasion, or in other words a BIG hammer will fit anything eventually

"NOS 1960s Ferrari, Lamborghini Starter"

"Vintage starter, looks to have been NOS at one point. It worked when taken off a TR4, but might fit other TRs, such as 250TR (Testarossa,) and possibly other sports cars, such as Lamborghini, Porsche, or L88 Corvette. These starters are rare to find in such nice condition.

Sold with no warranties of any kind. Please check application before bidding."

You mean this type of ad? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Sammy -

Please send me pictures and full description of the starter, along with a reasonable reserve. I have a Humber Super Snipe that it might fit!

Oh, and if you have any muffler bearings, I'd be interested in those, too. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jester.gif

I once sold an old metal fan I found in the attic of a house that was being demolished. It was from the 50's, turquise with a cloth cord. It actually worked, we put it on eBay as a joke, I listed it as "A vintage piece of Americana". Sold it for almost a hundred bucks to someone in Florida. I found a Cabbage Pack looking Mr.T doll one time, after driving around with it strapped to my grille for a while, I put it on eBay. Text was "I pity the fool who won't buy my doll". Sold to Canada, $50.

I have been having a bad day trying to figure out a new computer and DSL, finally got to this forum, THANKS for the laughs /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I've noticed that "Canada" buys a lot on Ebay. Maybe I know him.

A Mr. T. Cabbage Patch Doll. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yesnod.gif

Some were worth a heck of a lot more then $50 bucks at the time. Old stuff sells, bottom line.
