a 1952 MG TD today and it was a driver.

Nice to see some are still around. Wife said no not that one the TF with the big wire wheels. Hehe.

Saw a really pristine '47 TC at John's shop a couple weeks ago. Also a driver. We have a few here in STL.

It's pretty rare that you see a t-series out on the streets...theres a few around here as well but most are garage queens...theres an older Dutch guy with a TD he drives all over with to every car show in the summer(he was also at the autoshow display). Even once I get my TC done, i doubt that I'll have the heart to take it out that often.

A few years ago I was walking along a busy downtown street and spotted a red TF parked on the side of the street....She was a real driver, badly faded red paint, worn original leather seats, tatty top, full of garbage and tools, it was amazing just to see a car like that sitting there where I'd least expect to see one.....I left a note on it but never heard from the owner /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

OK... I'm not too sure I could tell the diferrnece between a TD and a TC.... Someone spell it out for me. Please?

TC has 19" x 3" wire wheels. TD has 15" x 4" disc wheels. That's the biggest visual difference. Also, all TCs are RHD. Most TDs in USA are LHD.

Fenders, wheels, frame, engine.....to name a few.
