Can anyone help please?

My car is a 1967 model LHD with overdrive.

It's probably in the service manual, if only I had one...
A scan would do the job.
Hopefully.

Thanks in advance

Thanks Tinster,

It did help.

Weather's absolutely crazy for this time of the year.
Normally it is skiing season but I went to the beach to swim last weekend.
Temp around 20-25C and the sea a cool 16C
No snow even on the highest peaks.

I'm not complaining, I like a warm winter but it is kinda frightening isnt it?

Hey youre from PR?
I guess its always hot over there so swimming in the winter must be normal to you.

Thanks again

Yes, it is winter and much too cold for
swimming with water temps only about 78*F /23*C.
The tourists go swimming in that icy cold water
but we locals like the water 85/30 in summer.

Our temps are 78/26 in winter and 92/33 summer.
A narrow range.

Ha ha

I see your predicament Tinster, 23*C is kinda cold if its 33*C outside...!

I guess if the planet keeps warming up, we'll get to see such winters here in Greece too.
As for summer temps, 33*C is cool, here we get up to 38-42 on hot days. And thats HOT.
Riding my bike in such heat is torture, not to speak of the TR which gives your legs a good roasting through the GB tunnel.
These cars were not made for such conditions.

Yup,

Our "winter" is when we drive with our tops down
or off completely. Too hot in summer, so we have
the car A/C running full blast.

I figure another 4 to 6 months before I get the
Crypt Car clutch and rear brakes to a stage where
it is repaired enough to drive.

That will be the middle of summer and too hot
to drive the TR. So I am probably looking at
ten months before I can drive the TR .

regards,

dale
