Funny side note, We ran the Rubicon Trail a few weeks ago and a friend brought some cheese, Not just any cheese mind you, This was special one off cheese for testing purposes from his neighbor who is the owner of Banquet cheese or something... Anyhow, there were 9 different cheeses to be had, One had been hinted around camp the night before, It was a Mozzarella made like Parmesan with its water content(or however they make cheese(very dry)) the funny thing, This was cheeses from WWII found in a cave in England some 16 years ago and this guy had to have some of it.
Let me tell you it was odd, But fascinating to be eating 60+ year old cheese, Let alone where we were eating it.
