Anyone know anything about it? I thought I might go check it out, but I don't know how long they will be here. It was pouring rain when I got home from work and It not really a fit evening for a ride.

Well, come on up here any time and we can go run the little cars. I don't have the other Midget finished yet though. I am going to go over there after work and see if anyone is left.

Will have to take you up on that one of these days, Kim. Retirement's looking better and better! Still a way to go yet, but at least it's in sight...

In the meantime, we try to get to our cabin in Townsend, Tenn. whenever possible. If you're ever headed that way, let me know.

That is near gatlinburg, right? I get over that way quite often on the motorcycle. I make a big 200+ mile loop leaving asheville going north on us63 then hit 209 and go into hot springs and then a left on25 going to Newport, from there 321 to gatlinburg. through gatlinburg and go through the GSMNP and pick up the parkway and take it home to asheville again. I got over to that fancy hotel and no evidence an MG had ever been there. I guess they all left this morning. Probably didn't want to pay the higher rates on the weekend is my guess.

Yep - Townsend is at the other end of the road through the park. 321 continues west to Maryville.

I think there were 187? cars registered. There were lots of MGAs and Magnettes. Also a hand full of MGBs and a Midget. My MGA did not make it. I took Lyndas blue 63 on Wednesday for the show and was there with the 76 MGB for the mountain drive. Looks like it was a great time for the people that were there for the duration. Bob

I did not take any pics. There are some pics posted on blindkenny.com He took pics of the cars that were on the Thursday mountain drive. I was driving the orange 76 MGB and had one of the editors of the NAMGAR magazine riding along. Bob
