.......and offer to help get this MGA ready to transport.I had to install the engine, plus get a lot of parts attached. It's heading to Ohio to the new owner.I also found the owner's missing cat. When I went to put the jack under it ( the RR wheel was locked up),it hung up on something.I reached under the A,& found a mummified cat.I thought of taking & posting a picture, but changed my mind. This turned out to be a bigger job than I planned (20 + hours),but luckily,I work cheap (free). Now I just need to fix the wheel problem,& load up all the extra/spare parts.

I tried to post pictures, but it won't let me.
Never had this problem before.
What happened?

I also had a lot of "gibberish" when I edited my post.

Doug - sounds like you were doing a heck of a lot more than "help" get it ready for transport. Wow.

What did the (former) owner do to help?

Could you have reached your attachment limit? I reached mine long ago, which is why I always put attachments on Photobucket and just post links on BCF.

Tom,

The seller has some medical issues. He was in the hospital
for a time, but doing better now.He can't lift much,or do much at present.
This is what you do when you're a "car guy" - you help out
when you can.Plus the seller could really use the money right now.

Basil,

I know,I know,I'm looking over my financial situation
right now. With the loss of the Wife's job,we need to sort things out,
but that's my problem - not yours.
We just made it to 39 years of marriage today.I took her
out to the Black Lightning Motorcycle Cafe for coffee - Mr. Big Spender!

No worries - you are not that much over the limit so you can always just delete a few of the older attachments to make some room- video tells you how.

Doug - that's great you could help him. The world is a better place for things like that.

Good on you!
