Looks to be a BWA wheel to me. Check out these pictures on the Amicale Spitfire (French Spitfire club) web site.

triumphspitfire.com also has a page showing wheels, and the BWA is pictured there as well.
 
Ah, Ok, I have a chance to get a set of four in really good shape in exchange for a few hours of work (body work though, ugh)
