...I'm taking the Norton out for a ride today! Local biker who has a small shop picked her up Saturday to clean/tune the carbs (Yes, I'll admit - I don't know anything about them) and he just told me she'll be ready to go early afternoon....I'm riding!

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif Have fun.

Enjoy the ride, Tony. Better to be 68 and cloudy and riding, than what it is here, 70s, sunny, and no bike to ride. Live it up!

WOO-HOO!! Even though I got caught in a small rain shower...

& I learned the hard way that a trickle charger shouldn't be left on a motorcycle battery permanently (even though it was just a 750mA charger) - it'll dry the battery out....got a new battery though & instructions from the battery guy to only hook up the trickle charger for about 6 hours a month if I'm not riding weekly.

hehehehehe - told Jerri I have to ride at least once a week!

Hey, Tony, I've got my ride gear and helmet ready! Please come by and pick me up!!!!

Never ridden a Norton . . . /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cryin.gif
