I went to Whole Foods and bought 4 Texas Grass Fed Beef Steaks....and had the butcher run them though a cutlet machine to tenderize them....and cooked Texas-style chicken fried steaks for supper. The butcher wanted to evict me but after I described what I wanted to do with his precious steaks, he conceded. That, and I paid $14.99 a pound. G_D, they were devilish. :devilgrin: :angel:
