Was it after midnight your time? Could have been while the server was doing backups, which can take a lot of resources.

Just happen'd again at log-in. 32.xxx seconds. I chalk it up to local service providers.
 
same here- went away and came back-- 45 seconds. Seems ok once here tho.
 
I've not experienced it yet. If persists I'll have a look at the logs.
