Okay, out came the BFH and the rear hubs are finally disassembled. Now I'm heading towards assembly.

Is this the proper orientation for the oil seal? This is how they were when I took them apart, just want to make sure this is how they go back.

Yup. And use plenty of slime (grease) on lip and shaft upon reassembly.
 
Are the bearings something I can hammer in, or should I bring them somewhere to be pressed in? I don't have any way to press them in myself.
 
I hammered mine in with a large socket as a drift, slow little taps to let it go in straight. Probably not the proper way but certainly the way most amateurs like me do it.
 
As long as ya don't whack things too ahrd, "dancing" 'em in with a socket or soft brass drift (going around the O.D. of the bearing) will be fine. Little taps and patience.
