HS2 on a 948

This swap wouldn't be for performance gains per-se, but I'm figuring that the H1 carbs on the Tunebug right now are probably quite worn. I've got a set of HS2 carbs for the 1275 project that I was planning on having Hap rebuild for me--and swap for the earlier non-smog ones.

I wasn't planning on doing this until the 1275 build started, but I'm not going to spend any money on the old H1 carbs. Can I bolt the HS2s up to the 948 intake manifold? I wouldn't expect any real performance gain, but at least then I'd have a good set of carbs without all the air leaks I assume I have now.

Just a thought...

No, it takes the 1275 intake manifold as well. Otherwise it is a good swap.

They are larger diameter air passages. Different intake but bolts to the head just fine.
