How's your day going?

There I was sitting at the bar staring at my drink when a large, trouble-making biker steps up next to me, grabs my drink and gulps it down in one swig.

"Well, whatcha gonna do about it?" he says, menacingly, as I burst into tears.

"Come on, man," the biker says, "I didn't think you'd CRY. I can`t stand to see a man crying."

"This is the worst day of my life," I say. "I'm a complete failure. I was late to a meeting and my boss fired me. When I went to the parking lot, I found my car had been stolen and I don't have any insurance. I left my wallet in the cab I took home. I found my old lady in bed with the gardener and then my dog bit me."

"So I came to this bar to work up the courage to put an end to it all, I buy a drink, I drop a capsule in and sit here watching the arsenic dissolve. Then some jerk shows up and drinks the whole thing! But enough about me, how's your day going?"

Excellent, but I hope it's a <span style="text-decoration: underline">very</span> fast-working poison . . .

Absolutely GREAT! Leaving this morning on our annual 3-day Fall Tour. "Our" being the Madison British Car Group www.madbrits.org and the MG3 group from Milwaukee. The members of both groups will meet for lunch in Portage about noon and then proceed towards Wisconsin Rapids where we will establish our "base camp" for the weekend. Then things like attending a Pumpkin Festival and a car show. And possibly a bus tour of the Necedah Wildlife Refuge. Going to be a bit on the chilly side, frost at night and high in the 50's during the day so top-down driving may be limited. But Shirley and I will do some of the trip with the top down just because it is such a great way to collect leaves in the Fall.

TTFN!

Super! If you have time please visit the site links menu above and the BCF cards and print out some BCF cards to hand out!

Well Basil, not so good. The prognosis on the problem we discussed {via email some time back} is about as bad as it gets!

Happy, but very tired. We went to the future, the past, then to Canada, the UK, France, Morocco, Germany, Norway, Japan, China, and Mexico.... Here in Florida, they call it Epcot.

Are ya open to conversation?

...apparently not.

Quite well, Boss. Hubby put a final finish coat on his garagemajal floor, mechanical and electrical got green tags. Only one more inspection to go. Have a grand weekend folks and stay happy and safe. :driving:

Basil, I do need to do that. But we had left before your post. We do travel a lot though and will print some out to have along.
BTW - We saw a couple dozen Whooping Cranes at the refuge. They are being prepared to follow the ultra-light planes for their first trip to Florida.
