How?

Simple, my '68 Sprite Bugsy has a BE front end. Bolts right on and mine forward tilts to make it even better. For the rear, looks like a complete rear clip was grafted on. I've seen several different Spridgets done that way. A trashed BE with a good rear clip, hey if you have welder and some talent amazing what can be done.

I've also seen fiberglass rear BE clips that are available. Personally I'm happy to still have a trunk.
 
I've seen fiberglass conversion kits for the tail. Company that makes Speedwell Bonnet look alikes makes those as well.
