What cap the front wheel grease cap!!!!----Keoke

The best way is to fabricate a tool (you'll be in there more than once, trust me). The thread on the cap is 5/16" fine (24 TPI, I believe); get a length of allthread about 6 inches long in the correct thread. Get a coupler in the correct thread and either weld or glue it to the end of the allthread. Make a bracket/brace out of some sheet steel, and use a couple nuts and big flatwashers to apply against the brace after you've screwed the coupler to the 'bolt' on the cap.

Or, you can yank on it with pliers but that will ruin the threads on the cap (replacements are available, but ...).

:nonono:- Fabio----Make the tool it is simple.

1 Threaded coupler matching thread on cap

! bolt with a nut matching coupler

1 Large fender washer ~ 2"

Assemble screw on to cap stud tightn nut down on washer cap will come off

Or you could just use a long 5/16" bolt and couple of nuts:

Put the first nut on the bolt to leave 1 1/4 inch or so of the bolt sticking out, and then put the second nut 1/2 of its thickness on the grease cap, then screw the bolt down onto the nut on the grease cap, then tighten the other nut on the bolt down to that it "locks" the second one in place.

Then you can pull on the bolt more easily to get the cap off.

That's a nice easy route, I went to all the trouble to make a proper one. An added embellishment to your solution would be to use a 5/16 machine screw or a threaded rod so that a third nut and a large washer could be incorporated part way down the length of it to wind the cap out.

Nice one James
