How to bulk forward emails?

Refusal by Centurylink to repair phones and internet after Ian has us dropping C-link altogether. We have some Embarqmail emails we would like to continue to access. C-link says we lose all access after closing the accounts. All I can think of is forwarding the keepers to my Gmail account, but I can't figure out how to do it in bulk. Does anyone know how we can get around forwarding them 1 x 1?
