.....for a non-running rubber nose MGB roadster project w/wire wheels. This one is super solid with no rust whatsoever. The interior and top are shot. Lots of projects popping up and still room to spare in the barns.
Have a Merry Christmas

i gave 5 hundred for a r/b B with OD, steel wheels, solid tub and rusty front fenders, non running- fixed the fuel pump in the guy's yard and drove it home.

what is the asking price?

There are still a lot of rubber bumper Bs around, rust free is certianly worth something, with a shot interior and the price of doing all that might be a good candidate for a donor tub.

I have noticed a lot of the rubber bumper cars have seemed to survive with less rust that the ealry cars, were they doing something bette for rust protection?

I would think in the under a grand range for the price, but some people will think they have a rare old car and a gold mine.

$500 tops!

That's about what I figured. They want over 1K for it. Do the wires or OD add any value? I don't really need more projects........or do I?
Thanks
Steve

Wires? No.

OD? Some if it works.

We gave $300 for an 80 in about the same condition. No top (But frame in place) no interior but it ran (barely)
It took us two years and another $3500 to get it to this state.
