Weird. I know what SORN is...and I am looking at registrations for oh, a MK2 Jag...and there is a bump in the years they were manufactured (59-69-ish), but then you see some newer ones (1973..brought back into the UK?), then "new registrations" which shows up 2001-2016, but those numbers do not seem to reflect back to the "tax/SORN" or "years" columns. And, I'd like to know how a MK2 is registered or SORNed in 1956, 1957, and 1958.
Sorta like a 787 in 1965. You never know.

I just looked at the Jaguar Open E-Type. What the heck is going on from 2009 on? Looks like a sine wave!

Don't see Standard, nor Frazer Nash. No Bean or Trojan either. Are they lumped in Other British?

The yo-yoing of numbers during the year may be mecause some people register and insure the car as on the road over the summer and SORN it over the winter.
