How do I decline a paypal patment?

Somoene sent me a paypal payment after I aready said I don't accept paypal. When I log in, it shows the payment but not how to decline it. How do I do that? Thanks.
 
I think there is "refund" option that you can use to return the money. Not sure about the fees though. You can call PayPal directly -- I dealt with their support once and they were pretty helpful. That might be the best option.
