My son acquired a 1973 Kawasaki 100 and we are trying to figure out how to get to the points (they are rusted shut). Does the magneto come off and if so how?

The flywheel/magneto should have a fine thread in it for a puller.Remove the nut on the crankshaft and install puller.I may still have a puller as my kids had Kawasaki bikes in those years.I'll check tonite.

Eric I do still have a puller and a owners handbook for a 1980 KD 80. If my memory is correct the 80 cc and 100 cc are basically the same. If your interested pm me an I'll send em your way.I have no use for them.
