Also remember that the front brakes have two cylinders, and therefore two adjusters - one for each brake pad. Back them all off to their loosest setting and then advance them tight evenly until the wheel locks. Then back off a bit. A slight intermittent drag is normal and will correct itself with driving. Do the same on the rear but only one adjuster there.
If the brakes are still soft then they are either not bled correctly or there is a problem in the master cylinder. TF brakes should feel nice and solid, being a full drum system.
