How About Some Real Odd Ball Cars !?!?

Sad part is - neighbour has 2 Smart Cars
Saw a 2CV yesterday
Friend helping with my car has Bond Bug/ Trabant/ Isetta/ Multipla/ is restoring a Scootacar

and I've been in the WienerMobile

That sounds like Larry Read's collection, he has some interesting cars, did he ever finish the Crosley station wagon ?

I think the oddest car I've ever seen was a microcar called a Jurisch (don't bother looking in your car books you probably won't find it there), only two prototypes were ever made and only one is known to exist, I took this photo shortly before it went on exhibit in the Bruce Weiner microcar museum in Georgia, unfortunately before I had a good camera and knew what I was doing with a camera... /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/blush.gif

More info on this interesting car... https://www.microcarmuseum.com/tour/jurisch-motoplan.html

Speaking of odd cars as we are (and Larry Read), a weekend at the very informal Micro North microcar meet (southern Ontario) is a fun experience, and is well worth attending...

There are definately some weirdo cars just east of me. Here are some. Most of them don't get out, but now with internet access some people have listed some of the strange ones. Some of these I do actually get a chance to see on the street, like the FSO, Tatra, Wartburg, Skoda, Trebant, Lada.

I love East European cars in their own crude way, but don't get the chance to see them much, but I love just looking at photos of them, they have some interesting ones...
