Horn Problem

Hello , when I turn the steering wheel to the right my horn sounds !
The car (67Tr4a) is relative new to me, is this a simple repair? . Any advice is appreciated thxs

Start by removing the horn button.
That might be a revelation.
 
Please either describe what steering wheel is on the car or provide a picture. I had the same problem with after market steering wheels.

The horn works on a grounding principle and, while this can occur with the stock steering wheel, it is more common with aftermarket ones.

Remove the steering wheel and check for any anomalies. At that point I'd suggest loosening the upper steering column at the coupler in the engine compartment and moving the steering wheel up a fraction. You'll end up with a gap between the steering wheel and the outer column, but it is better than blaring your horn every time you make a turn.

Been there, done that. In my case, I reverted back to a stock steering wheel.
