Hooking up my overdrive/reverse wires??????

Now I've gone and done it. I forgot to tag all my wires to my overdrive and reverse lights. What would the wires handing down behind my heater box, coming off the original harness, be? One wire is Green and the other is Light Green/Brown. I think these might feed the backup lights. How do they hook into the overdrive harness?

I think I figured it out. The power comes from the green wire to both activate the solenoid and power the reverse lights. Both the solenoid and the lights are controlled by switches on the tranny and the column switch. The tranny switch will dictate whether the column switch is capable of doing its job.

I think.

"Fire extinguisher at the ready, Dr. Bill charges fearlessly into his wiring conundrum."

I see that as the caption of an old B. Kliban cartoon, for some reason. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif
