Just FYI, I edited your post to use the "media Tag"

to embed the video rather than just providing a link. If you click the media button (on the full editor) and select "youtube" from the drop down, you can then paste the URL for the video and it will "embed" the video in your post. Just FYI for those who didn't know about that capability.
