I have actually been home for a week and a half, but I had a ton of photos to sort through and caption. We started at our son's house for a few days, then went to Gloucester to do a 5 night cruise on the Severn aboard the Edward Elgar, a floating hotel. There were 20 guests and a crew of 4, and my wife and I were the only Americans. After the cruise we resumed the road trip including 3 nights in Bourton-on-the-Water, the home of the Cotswolds Motoring and Toy Museum. We then went to Brockenhurst in the New Forest for 3 nights and that included my second visit to the National Motor Museum, the first having been in 1976. We then went to Brooklands where I accidentally drove on a small section of the original track due my GPS trying to get me to the hotel via a back road. I checked off a bucket list item with the visit to the Brooklands Museum. My wife is not a fan of auto museums, so she was a saint to allow me these three stops. I made separate photo albums for each of the museums on Flickr, and all those photos are also included in my album of the entire trip at > 2022 - An Trip to England in August-September <. Or you can pick and choose smaller albums from my album page at > Dave Reese’s albums | Flickr <.

Dave - welcome home. What on earth is that weird "mummified rabbit in a seacoat", standing at the railing?
