Oh, they're reliable alright - "the little block/cylinder that could". I guess I'm just partial to stuff I can see/takeapart/understand/fix. Solid state pumps just give me the heebiejeebies (says the guy driving newish BMWs). /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devilgrin.gif
